Innovative production of strip brushes with extruded,
flexible channel and fusedfill material. The flexible stip is
produced in endless lengths in the required density
and can either be cut to length or automatically wound
in boxes or barrels.
The MSB 960 allows both a highly economical production
at speeds of up to 10 m/min. and a large range of new style
profile forms in profile sizes of up to 6 mm width.
The inline production of fused roll brushes with poly core is
also possible with an additional device.

spiral brush machine able to produce brushes
strongly pressed to highest densities.
The special brush design ensures perfect fixture of the fill as
required for example for the safe operation in steel and paaper mills.
The SPI 90 offers easy operation, even with varying fill densities,
at a production rate for roll brushes of up to 6 m/min.
